It is the intention of Cornerstone Products Ltd and Cornerstone Design and Projects Ltd to place your satisfaction as the highest priority. We believe that customer satisfaction can be enhanced by the security and clarity offered by fair and reasonable terms and conditions.

THE PRODUCT

Specification

The manufacturer of the goods might change product specification as part of product improvement and development. We would not be liable for such minor changes and would normally inform you of significant changes but otherwise the goods are supplied in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

ORDERING

  1. Acceptance
    Your order will be formally accepted when we despatch the goods to you. We might he unable to accept an order because the product has become unavailable; the order is incorrectly specified; we have not gained authorisation for payment. We shall send confirmation by email after you have placed an order.
  1. Cancellation
    If you wish to cancel an order then this must be done as soon as possible and within 24 hours. If you are unable to do this and your order has already been processed or despatched then we would require you to return the goods as described under Returns.
  1. Payment
    Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Switch and other major cards. All final prices include VAT and a charge to cover our packing and postage costs.

DELIVERY

  1. Despatch
    We would normally despatch goods within 3 – 5 working days of receipt of an order and payment. Charges for delivery and packing are for mainland Britain only. Despatch to other parts of the UK or overseas would be subject to charges arranged with us specifically for those goods.
  1. Receipts of goods
    For large items especially you must ensure that delivery is practicable and particularly that the delivery vehicle can gain easy access to your premises for unloading without difficulty. Heavy loads might require specific access requirements for unloading. We would specifically notify you in relation to this. On delivery of the goods it is essential that you check that the goods are not damaged before the driver leaves. If the goods are damaged then confirm this with the driver and inform us as soon as possible.
  1. Damage to goods
    If checking the goods cannot be undertaken by yourself on delivery or you have given instructions that the goods may be delivered without signature then we would not accept liability.
  1. Faulty goods
    All goods are checked before despatch. In the unlikely event of goods being faulty then please inform us as soon as possible so that the return of the goods can be arranged.

RETURNS

If on receipt of the goods you wish to return them, then such goods must be returned unused, safely and securely packed in the original packaging. You would be responsible for the cost of such return and also ensuring that they are returned in re-saleable condition and unused. Recorded delivery should be used. On receipt of the unused goods we would arrange a refund of the price of the goods within 10 working days.
